Mobilization

For the past decade plus, it has been a privilege and joy to serve The Lord as a kingdom mobilizer amongst college students at Oregon State University, Linn-Benton Community College, and around the northwest. When I say mobilizer, I am referring to the commitment to prepare God's people for works of service-calling students to follow and glorify Jesus Christ as Lord, connect to the local church, live in righteousness, serve others, pursue maturity, and pass the baton of faith to the next generation!

For the past 8 years, I have been taking collegiate students to the Mission Connexion conference in the Portland metro area. This year, we were at Crossroads In Vancouver, WA. After Ravi Zaccarias spoke on Friday night, we went out to dinner as a gathering of CA students from the northwest...46 of us! Time will tell how each was impacted by the call to follow Jesus unashamedly in their lifetime.

Pray with me that God would be glorified in this generation and that he would raise up additional workers for his harvest field! Laboring amongst college students is very rewarding and where I see God's abundant grace powerfully at work!

Another role that I have is serving on the Coordinating Team for the Perspectives on the World Christian Movement course in Corvallis. There are 65 of us learning together of the Biblical, Historical, Cultural, and Strategic perspectives of God's Kingdom rule and reign. God so loves the world and so many have never had the opportunity to hear or respond to that truth. Perhaps, through this class God will move in the lives of those here to be a blessing to the nations (Ethne)!
